Is parking available?
There is driveway parking for up to four cars. The former garage is now the kids’ game area and is not available for vehicle parking.
How many people can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 14 guests in five bedrooms, with four king beds and three queen beds. There are 5.5 bathrooms. Ask Lee for help matching the room layout to your group.
Is the pool private and heated?
Yes. The home has a private heated outdoor pool and spa. Contact Lee for pool-heating arrangements and any applicable terms for your dates.
What should we bring for the beach?
We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a cooler, a beach cart, and beach toys. Pack your personal essentials, sunscreen, and anything specific your group needs.
Are bikes supplied?
Yes—four bikes are supplied: two adult bikes and two children’s bikes. Ask Lee about sizing and helmet availability for your group before your stay.
What can the kids do at the villa?
The game room includes a TV, oversized bean bags, foosball, and Pop-a-Shot basketball. Beach toys are also supplied for days by the water.
Is there an outdoor grill or pizza oven?
Yes. The poolside outdoor entertaining area includes a grill, pizza oven, covered seating, and a covered bar. Balcony seating is in a separate area. Ask Lee for equipment instructions before using them.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Ask Lee about any special arrival requirements before booking.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets and smoking are not permitted.
